“MRS-K Member" registration rate is applicable to registrants who possess a valid membership with MRS-K. You must be a MRS-K member at the time of registration to receive the MRS-K member discount.

C. Payment

Payment for the early-bird registration should be made in USD either by a bank transfer or by a credit card for international participants. For domestic participants, all payment should be made in KRW either by a bank transfer or by a credit card.

Payment for on-site registration can be made either by a credit card or cash at the registration desk during the conference. Again, for international participants, payment should made in USD only while, for domestic participants, payment should be made in KRW (see the A. Conference fee above).

When payments are made by bank transfer, the name of the person making the payment (name on bank transfer) must match the name of the registered attendee to the conference. Failure to this request may lead to errors regarding the attendee list.

D. Cancellation

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to registration.
The cancellation charges are:
On or before July 20, 2010 USD 50 / KRW 50,000
After July 21, 2010 USD 200 / KRW 200,000

E. Refunds

No refunds of the Conference fee will be possible after August 5, 2010.
Refund will be made after the conference period. Refund will be made to the credit card when payment is made by credit card.
